Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and invoices must be included.

• The item should not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

• Returns are subject to quality inspection after the product reaches our warehouse.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered:

• Personal care items

• Customized or personalized products

• Gift cards

• Perishable goods

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• Product photographs

• Images of the packaging

• Description of the issue

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Refunds generally take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider or bank.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process if eligible.
